Shipping & returns

DELIVERY

All orders received before 14:00 EEST will be shipped on the same business day (excluding public holidays and other public holidays). Orders received after 14:00 EEST will be shipped the next business day. Please note that all orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be shipped next Monday. AMAYA ZIA FASHION will email customers tracking details once the order has been received and shipped.

 

1. What is the delivery time?
Available items are usually delivered in 3-5 business days.

2. How can I track my order?
To check the delivery status of your order, open the shipping confirmation you received by e-mail and click on the tracking link. For each package that is shipped to you, you receive a shipment confirmation, including a link to track the shipment.

3. What are the shipping costs?
Delivery shipping terms and shipping fees will be added at the time of payment.
The standard transport on the Romanian territory is 10 eur / order.

4. Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, you can request delivery of the order to an address other than the billing address, e.g. at work. All you have to do is select the payment method and enter the desired delivery address in the »Delivery address« field.

5. What is a partial delivery?
If, in an exceptional situation, an item cannot be delivered within three days, we can opt for a partial delivery of your order. In this way, we make sure that you receive the ordered items as soon as possible.


RETURN 1. What is the deadline for returning an item? With us, you can return an item within 10 days after receiving the order. 2. Do I have to pay for the return? Not. Shipping costs for returning products are borne by us. 3. Is it possible to replace a returned item directly? Unfortunately, a direct replacement of a returned item is not possible. As soon as the returned item has been received and verified by us, the refund will be made using the payment method of your choice when placing your order. After that, you can order the product again. 4. To which address should I send the returns? The exact delivery address for sending returns is automatically printed on the return sticker. The return sticker can be found on the delivery note and return form received with the package. If you no longer have these documents, you can send the return for free via FAN Courier. 5. How do I get my money back? The refund is always made by bank transfer, and the amount will be transferred to your account. Therefore, please enter your bank details (IBAN & SWIFT) in your customer account. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will transfer the money to your account.
